Security

Secured by Pellucis.

The controls in the product, each one a firm's reviewer can check.

Controls.

  • You press, it writes.

Pellucis writes to your report, workbook or email only when you press the button that writes, after it shows you what it will write.

  • What it can reach.

In Word and Excel, Pellucis can reach only the document you have open. In Outlook, only the message you have open, never your mailbox.

  • Real files and models.

No real client file reaches an AI model until Pellucis has recorded two things against signed documents: the model provider's no-retention terms, and your firm's written permission.

  • Keys.

A key Pellucis withdraws stops working on your next request, on every route.

  • Review kept to the request.

The code-check review reads your report for the length of one request and keeps no copy of it.

  • Tracked changes.

A change Pellucis suggests to your report's wording arrives as a tracked change, for you to accept or reject in Word.

Questions a reviewer asks.

What does a request record contain?

The record we keep of each request names your firm and any filed document opened by an id number, with the route, the outcome and the time, and never a file name or a word of a file.

What does the review record show?

Your review record lists the checks that did not run, and why, above the findings.

What happens when a key is withdrawn?

It stops working on your next request, on every route.
