Property deals fall through. We get it. If your purchase does not close, we offer a credit toward your next Pellucis review.
Property fell through?
If the property you analyzed does not close—conditional period lapsed, financing fell through, or you walked away—contact us within 90 days of your review delivery. We will issue a credit for the full review value toward your next Pellucis analysis. No expiry on the credit.
