Define what each section contains—financials, meeting minutes, reserve fund study—and run targeted analysis on the parts you need. Focus on governance only, or extract financials without re-processing the full package.

How It Works
Upload your document package, then use /split to assign page ranges to sections. Each section gets a label (e.g., Financial Statements, Meeting Minutes) and a description of what you want to extract. Pellucis analyzes only the sections you select—reducing cost and turnaround when you need focused intelligence rather than a full property report.
Planned add-on feature
Split is in planning as an add-on. When available, you will be able to upload a document bundle, assign pages to logical groups, and request analysis for selected groups only.
