Data We Collect

When you use Pellucis, we collect:

  • Documents you upload: Status certificates, strata packages, co-op disclosure packages, financial statements, meeting minutes, and other property documents you provide for analysis.
  • Account information: Email, name, and billing details when you create an account or purchase a report.
  • Usage data: Logs of service use for operation and support.

How We Use Data

Your documents are used solely to produce your forensic intelligence report. We extract financial data, analyze governance, assess risks, and generate the narrative. We do not use your documents to train models, advertise, or sell to third parties. Your data stays yours.

Retention and Deletion

Documents and reports are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and fulfil legal or contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your data. Contact us at hello@pellucis.com to exercise deletion or access rights.

Compliance
