Uploading Large Files
Upload document packages over 50MB — no technical setup required
Most status certificates and strata packages are under 50MB. If yours is larger—for example, a property with years of meeting minutes or high-resolution scans—here's how to get your documents to us without any coding or technical steps.
| Method | Max size | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| Standard upload | 50MB | Most packages |
| Large files (this page) | Up to 200MB | Large packages, lots of meeting minutes |
When You Need This
You'll know if your package is too large: the upload will fail or show an error. Common reasons for larger packages:
- Many years of meeting minutes (10+ years of AGM and board minutes)
- High-resolution scanned documents
- Engineering reports or reserve studies with lots of images
- Combined strata/condo packages for multi-property complexes
How to Upload Larger Packages
You don't need any special software or technical skills. Choose one of two options:
Option 1: Split Your Package
If your package is just over the limit, you can split it into two uploads:
- First upload: The essential documents — status certificate or Form B, most recent financial statements, current reserve fund study, and the last 2–3 years of meeting minutes. This is usually enough for a strong analysis.
- Second upload (optional): Older meeting minutes or supplementary docs. Contact us at hello@pellucis.com and we'll add them to your report.
We can work with the essential package first—you'll get your report within 24 hours. Older minutes add depth but aren't always required.
Option 2: Email Us Your Documents
For packages over 50MB, the simplest approach is to email us:
- Attach your documents to an email and send to hello@pellucis.com
- Include: Your name, the property address or name, and your jurisdiction (BC, Ontario, or Alberta)
- We'll confirm receipt and add the analysis to your dashboard. You'll get your report within 24 hours, same as standard uploads.
Email attachments support larger files than our web upload. If your package is very large (over 25MB per email), you may need to split into 2–3 emails—we'll combine them on our side.
What We Need
Same as standard uploads. At minimum: financial statements and meeting minutes. For the best analysis, include the status certificate or Form B, reserve fund study, insurance certificates, and bylaws.
